The Secretary's job is to take minutes and attendance at Council meetings, and to generally make sure that the committees have a good idea of what is going on at Newman. Jess is also in charge of committee binders, which tell a fledgling committee member what previous members have done to fulfill their duties, making committee binders a very helpful tool.
