Social Projects coordinates Newman's involvement in major campus-wide events, such as Homecoming, which Newman won this past year. Also, Social Projects makes sure that we have lots of food for the 24-hour finals studying that we have every finals week. And on the subject of food, this committee organizes the Family Day Chili Supper, an event which brings delicious chili and our families together.

Social Projects also organizes the social environment and parties held at Newman. Events include: Halloween party, movie nights, Semi-Formal, game nights, and whatever other fun things Lisa and her committee come up with!
