The Fellowship Committee provides the Newman Community with faith and fellowship on a personal weekly basis. The committee consists of the Salt and Light (Acts 4:32), Peter's Pyros, and Daughters of Light. The Fellowship provide the Newman Center with a way to discuss the unique challenges that men and women face in the world today. The nature of these groups allow us to talk about subjects like sexuality, being men and women of Christ, and ways to lift up the opposite sex. Peter's Pyros and Daughters of Light groups meet on Monday and Salt and Light meets on Tuesday All host many awesome events, from the men's camp-outs and super-secret man nights to the women's retreats, book-clubs and sleepovers, where they talk about cute boys, I'd imagine.
